Day 6: Back to work

I’m walking a bit, but decided to take my crutches to work anyway today. I dilligently spent my 4-6 hours a day ok the CPM over the long weekend,but only had about 30 minutes to work on it this morning.

As it’s Thanksgiving and my brothers are in town I decided to come home to my parents house after the surgery. Most of that time has been spent on the couch with my leg in the CPM.

Machinery

The continuous motion machine was delivered today which felt good, like a step towards recovery.

ACL Repair with Patellar Ligament Graft Animation

This is another great animation (sorry embedding is disabled) of an ACL repair. This time using a piece of Patellar ligament.
There are a ton of great animations on youtube.  I highly recommend going and playing around with them.
