I'm a 27/f and had ACL recon with an allograft on 4/12/10. I'm 12 weeks on Monday. Things have been going smoothly so far. I've been religious about PT and working out. I tried jogging for the first time last weekend after my doc said it was ok -- 2 minutes jogging/2 minutes walking for 20 mins. I've been regretting it ever since. I feel like I took all the bones in my knee and smashed them together. It hasn't hurt this much in weeks. My PT told me to go slow and try jogging for just a minute at a time. I had my last regular PT appointment yesterday until some functional test at the end of July. He had me doing some jumping, light jogging, planting/turning etc. I'm in even more pain today. Has anyone had success with starting to jog without pain? How long/how fast? This is so frustrating!
