The continuous motion machine was delivered today which felt good, like a step towards recovery.
I’m to spend 2-3 hours in the device for a week. That will be quite easy the first four days as I’ll be off work for the thanksgiving holiday. That leaves me with only three days to wake up early for a pre-work session.
